Amphenol Corporation’s AtNovaSensor division is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the pressure-sensing portfolio. You will guide strategy, drive development, and manage product life cycles across global teams spanning engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

Advanced engineering degree (MSc or higher); MBA is a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of OEM component-level Product Management or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience with MEMS or sensing products, especially for medical applications.
Strong business acumen with ability to build business cases and roadmaps.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 15–25%.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product portfolio strategies based on VOC and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
Prioritize investments and balance customer needs with business goals.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
Work with global Sales to identify strategic customers and drive design wins.
Develop pricing strategies and analyze market dynamics to maximize revenue.
Monitor portfolio performance and guide lifecycle management.
Mentor junior product managers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
