Job summary

NovaSensor, an Amphenol company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the pressure-sensing portfolio strategy and commercial success. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap, accelerate NPI, and strengthen competitive position.

You will mentor product management talent and serve as the customer voice across the organization while guiding portfolio investment decisions and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline; 5+ years delivering new product development projects on time and on budget.
• Experience operating within a matrix organization in sensors, MEMS, or related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High energy self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering projects within APQP standards (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from business award through start of production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional, cross-site, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve successful product launches.
• Develop, execute, and adapt project plans, allocating resources and responsibilities, managing day-to-day operations.
• Apply APQP methodologies, preparing tollgate reviews for business leadership and proper archival of documentation.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, expenses, investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, leading meetings, managing scope and change control.
• Be the central point of contact for both customer and internal organization.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline, fostering continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Apply CPO, NPI, and APQP methodologies, preparing and delivering tollgate reviews for business leadership and ensuring all project documentation is complete, current, and properly archived.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, expenses, investments, revenue forecasts, and cost targets.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, leading team and customer meetings, managing scope and change control, and escalating or resolving issues that impact project performance.
• Be the central point of contact for both customer as well as internal organization.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline, ensuring timely completion of action items and fostering a culture of keeping commitments and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Alone Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline 5+ years of experience successfully delivering new product development projects on time, on budget and with high quality
• A proven track record of operating within a matrix organization in a relevant technology area - e.g., sensors, instrumentation, MEMS, electromechanical components & systems, or similar
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and reporting skills, strong interpersonal skills as an effective leader for the project teams.
• High energy self-starter with solid organizational skills, and attention to detail and ability to manage a set of projects.
• Experience delivering projects within APQP standards (desired)
