Altruist, a fintech company transforming wealth management, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Portfolio Reporting Experience. You will own the strategy and roadmap for reporting that translates complex market data into clear insights for advisors and clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Market Data, Compliance, and Product Marketing to improve the experience and expand value, while navigating a regulated financial environment with customer

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or data-heavy environments.
• Strong financial acumen and interest in investment concepts and reporting standards (e.g., GIPS).
• Experience with financial/market/portfolio data and communicating quantitative concepts clearly.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
• Familiarity with market-data providers (e.g., Morningstar) is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries with emphasis on accuracy and risk controls.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Altruist’s portfolio reporting experience.
• Develop deep understanding of advisors, end clients, and investment-management workflows used to evaluate performance.
• Build quantitative understanding of product efficacy, customer needs, and reporting gaps.
• Lead product discovery through user interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and analytics.
• Translate complex financial concepts and data workflows into simple, accurate product experiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define, scope, and ship high-impact products with clear hypotheses.
• Maintain a focused product backlog to maximize speed, quality, and impact.
• Evaluate reporting requirements, data dependencies, and vendor capabilities, including data partnerships.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Market Data, Compliance to investigate issues and drive durable solutions.
• Support adoption of reporting and investment products with Product Marketing and PMs across the Investment Product Group.
• Monitor product health and outcomes, prioritizing roadmaps based on evidence.
• Use AI-enabled workflows and rapid prototyping to improve discovery and delivery quality.
