Job summary

Okta's Auth0 Platform Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution for core infrastructure at scale, including intelligent rate limiting, high-volume streaming data architectures, and overall cloud resilience.

You'll lead multi-disciplinary initiatives across Engineering, Security, and GTM to deliver robust infra features, partner with AI agent identity efforts, and ensure availability, security, and performance for thousands of enterprise customers

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in highly technical backend or infrastructure/platform products.
Experience at an enterprise SaaS company.
Domain knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Define the Platform Vision: own roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components.
Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: advance cloud architecture and four-nines reliability.
Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: lead MCP enablement for secure agent interactions.
Collaborate Across Teams: partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM to deliver infra features.
Master Rate Limiting & Scale: design multi-dimensional rate-limiting strategies.
Champion Compliance and Security: ensure security by design and regulatory alignment.
