Ondo Finance is seeking a senior, hands-on product manager who will own the end-to-end customer experience across the Ondo Finance App, operating as a pivotal, independent contributor within a small remote-first team.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to define strategy, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements to simplify complex fintech concepts for customers while driving retention and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
• Familiarity with fintech, capital markets, crypto, and DeFi products.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
• Deep familiarity with fintech, capital markets, crypto, and DeFi products, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
