Job summary

Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products on the Ondo platform, including tokenized equities, treasuries, and investment strategies.

You will own product lines end-to-end, translating market and customer needs into concrete proposals and driving orchestration across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product management or founder role with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
• Meaningful exposure to capital markets (equities, fixed income, funds, structured products).
• Experience in blockchain/crypto-native environments, tokenization, or DeFi products.

We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
• Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
• Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
• Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
• Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
• Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
• Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
• Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
• Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
• Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
• Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
• Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
• Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
• Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
• High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones

Nice to have

• Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
• Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
• Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
