The Platform Tribe at Preply brings together teams responsible for the internal foundations that enable engineers to build, deploy, and operate Preply reliably and at scale. Today, we have around 200 engineers at Preply, with plans to grow the team by another 100 engineers this year, making the Platform Tribe a critical enabler of our next phase of growth.
As Platform becomes the foundation for Preply's agentic SDLC transformation, you'll define what "platform as a product" means at agent-scale - not just for engineers, but for the fleet of AI agents now writing and shipping our code.
The role focuses on defining and evolving paved paths used by engineering teams, translating engineering constraints into clear product decisions, and measuring and reducing developer friction. You will also drive the adoption of platform capabilities and navigate hard trade-offs between flexibility and standardization.
