Job summary

Gifthealth Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Pharmacy Management System (PMS) to own the product from roadmap through execution. You will lead a multi-tenant platform development, migrating programs onto the PMS and retiring the legacy system without disruption to patients or dispensing.

Collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations, and programs to define specs, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in product management with shipping complex, technical or platform products.
• Strong execution: can sequence builds, hold dates, and make tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define and sequence the PMS roadmap, from core dispensing to billing and claims across locations.
• Own migration of programs onto the PMS, including data migration and reconciliation, without disrupting dispensing.
• Retire the legacy system on plan with no gaps in billing or claims.
• Partner with engineering, pharmacy ops, and program teams to ship with quality and pace in a regulated environment.
• Write clear, engineering-ready specs and make tradeoff calls for a complex build.
