3+ years in product management or digital product development.
Experience in healthcare or proactive outreach customer-support product.

Responsibilities

Analyze member needs and guide product development.
Partner with Caremark operations, clinical, and technology teams to define the product vision and goals.
Identify opportunities to expand Pharmacy Navigator and new lines of business.
Lead discovery and define scope for new capabilities from concept to implementation.
Own the Pharmacy Navigator measurement framework and reporting delivery.
Lead onboarding for new Pharmacy Navigator clients and ensure successful launches.
