Hinge seeks a Senior Product Manager for Recommendations to own the end-to-end decisioning that powers millions of matches. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning and human connection, shaping personalization, ranking, and fairness in our dating product.

You’ll collaborate with data science, ML, engineering, design, and research to turn ambiguous problems into concrete roadmaps and measurable improvements that enhance user trust and dating success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience on personalization, recommendations, ranking, or ML-powered consumer products.
• Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and driving measurable improvements to core user outcomes at scale.
• Comfort partnering with data science, ML, and engineering to shape direction on model inputs, ranking, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own core recs improvements, end to end.
• Make the algorithm feel personal by collaborating with data science and ML on inputs and ranking logic.
• Turn ambiguity into a roadmap, sequencing work and aligning partners.
• Decide with evidence using experiments, behavioral data, and research.
• Bring people along by communicating plans and results to engineers and leaders.
• Protect trust by ensuring recommendations remain fair, safe, and aligned with company values.
