Qualifications

• Significant product development or delivery experience in payments/financial services or related tech
• Experience with Fintech and Commercial Card products
• Experience creating and refining Agile artifacts (epics, features)
• Experience supporting commercial card products, card processors, or payment-processing capabilities
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and iterative development
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear tech requirements
• Experience coordinating delivery across business, tech, operations and control functions
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate in evolving environments with developing teams and processes
• Must reside within approved geographic footprint and be eligible for conversion to full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and delivery for one or more Enterprise Payments capabilities
• Translate business needs and strategic objectives into epics, features, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog ready for execution by new technology teams
• Partner with business leaders, engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance to define requirements and priorities
• Establish product delivery processes and prepare teams for two-week sprint cadence
• Lead product planning for complex commercial card, payment-processing, or payments-platform initiatives
• Support platform migrations from discovery through delivery, testing, launch, and stabilization
• Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations across workstreams
• Facilitate product discussions, backlog refinement, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews
• Provide direction to other product professionals while maintaining accountability for outcomes
• Ensure delivered capabilities meet business, customer, operational, regulatory, and technical requirements
