Job summary

The Sr Product Manager/ Product Manager, part of Key Commercial Bank, is primarily responsible for all aspects of the product experience including leading and driving the strategic direction to create a best in class product set for the Commercial Bank.

The Sr Product Manager/Product Manager role also influences both internal and external stakeholders, providing business development support, leads strategic projects, and has ownership of the P&L.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payments experience in merchant acquiring; sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of gateways, POS, and emerging payment technologies.
• Experience with payment software solutions and integrations.
• Ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Differentiation between levels based on depth of product management.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of gateways, CNP systems, and third-party platforms.
• Conduct sales demonstrations for teams and merchants.
• Provide feedback to field teams on commercialization, marketing and training.
• Demonstrate strong reporting of product sales, commercialization and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize solutions.
