We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager for our payments team to optimize approval rates, evaluate new processors, and drive product improvements. This role involves working across payment processing, new payment methods, and recovery strategies, requiring expertise in network tokens, PINless debit, processor optimization, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the payments roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, finance, legal, operations, and marketing.
• Manage complexity by partnering with leaders in customer growth, identity, lifecycle messaging, billing, and more to optimize business outcomes.
• Innovate by suggesting new features to solve strategic and tactical problems.
• Investigate issues using data and understanding of the payment ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering.
• Maintain all project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Become a domain authority in payments and provide thought leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with digital products at a global scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills, data visualization, and storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and articulate product roadmaps across regions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse partners and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of UX principles and working with designers and copywriters.
• Familiarity with streaming video industry and market leaders’ value propositions.
• Knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression) and large-scale A/B testing.
• Exceptional communication skills for discussions, presentations, and memos.
