Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Product Manager for Partner Experience in New York. You will own the telemetry, analytics, and feedback loops driving continuous improvement of the partner platform across Slack, web, and embedded agents.

You’ll ensure a credible view of partner experience, performance, and business impact through robust data practice. You’ll work with engineering, UX, and business teams to define metrics, grade interaction quality, and surface real-time journey visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with data-driven insights.
• Experience building telemetry, analytics, or quality-measurement systems.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with stakeholder leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Research and diagnose by analyzing session and interaction data across the ecosystem.
• Own metrics; optimize partner experience measures and provide credible data views.
• Grade interaction quality and define defensible quality scores.
• Design feedback loops translating input into product improvements.
• Build real-time partner journey visibility across tracks and lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to ship improvements.
