Responsibilities

• Research and diagnose broadly: analyze session and interaction data across the ecosystem, and hold ongoing conversations with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Own the metrics: relentlessly experiment with and optimize partner experience measures and ensure credible data views.
• Grade interaction quality: define and evolve how interactions are graded into quality and performance scores.
• Design feedback loops: translate input into product improvements and raise quality with every release.
• Build visibility: surface real-time partner journey visibility across tracks and lifecycle stages.
• Partner cross-functionally: work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to ship improvements using a test-and-learn mindset.
