Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Signatera in oncology, leading lab-process performance, CCR lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration with software and lab teams. You will drive data-backed decisions, SQL-enabled analysis, and market validation to scale tumor-informed MRD testing.

The role emphasizes ownership of throughput, turnaround time, and feature launches across core lab sites, with remote work options and occasional on-site collaboration near Bay Area or Austin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, physical sciences, statistics, or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 2–3 years in product management, commercialization, or strategic consulting in diagnostics/medical devices/oncology.
• Experience with laboratory services products preferred.
• Data-driven process improvements using operational data and VOC.
• Quality systems (CAPA, nonconformance, change control) in CLIA/CAP labs preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, SPC, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Signatera features and services.
• Write clear requirements balancing clinical needs with lab throughput realities.
• Build data-backed business cases for equipment, automation, and operations.
• Lead end-to-end change control from root-cause analysis to hypercare.
• Define product KPIs and drive cross-team process improvements.
• Establish go/no-go criteria and hypercare exit criteria.
• Conduct VOC interviews and market research to validate features.
• Collaborate with product marketing on positioning, pricing, and launch collateral.
• Communicate roadmap updates clearly to stakeholders.
