CancerIQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for the CancerIQ platform, focusing on hereditary cancer risk assessment, genetic testing, and screening compliance for health-system customers.

This cross-functional role combines oncology expertise with software product development to drive measurable value for 60+ enterprise clients. You'll partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ship high-quality features, while leveraging AI-enabled product

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in B2B or healthcare SaaS.
Experience working in oncology, cancer genetics, or related clinical domain is strongly preferred.
Comfort collaborating with clinical and health-system stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to prioritize roadmap decisions and measure impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the CancerIQ platform, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
Define and track success metrics for features and inform future iterations.
Translate clinical workflows into product requirements reflecting real-world constraints.
Lead adoption and change management with go-to-market and training materials.
