Job summary

You will lead promotional materials, manage agency partnerships, oversee MLR/PRC review, and analyze performance metrics. A minimum of five years in pharma marketing with oncology exposure is required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.

• Knowledge of PhRMA standards along with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead agency partnerships and drive cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, including experience with forecasting and budget management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.

Compensation for the Senior Product Manager:

• Salary Range: $148,200 – $194,500 annually
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
• Estimated 30% travel required
