Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support brand strategy and execution for a global pharmaceutical organization in Oncology. This hybrid role is based in Nutley, NJ with 3 days onsite.

The candidate should have 5+ years in pharma marketing, oncology exposure is highly desirable, and strong forecasting/budgeting skills. MBA is a plus and PhRMA regulatory knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
• Background in oncology, specialty therapeutics, or rare diseases desirable.
• Knowledge of PhRMA standards with regulatory/compliance frameworks.
• Lead agency partnerships and cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong business, financial and analytical skills incl. forecasting & budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; influence diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Compensation for the Senior Product Manager:

• Salary Range: $148,200 – $194,500 annually
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
• Estimated 30% travel required
