Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Next Best Action initiative within CoverMyMeds’ Shared Capabilities and Partnerships team. You will guide the end-to-end strategy, partner with Data Science and ML Engineering, and continuously improve the decisioning capability through experimentation.

You’ll own the measurement framework, align stakeholders across a matrixed organization, and ensure responsible AI and regulatory compliance while driving product value in a healthcare

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare product management or equivalent with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Demonstrated fluency in data, AI, and machine learning concepts to partner with Data Science and ML Engineering.
• Experience defining and using experimentation (A/B testing) and quantitative measurement to guide product decisions.
• Experience in cross-functional product teams across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and Commercial partners.
• Healthcare experience, preferably Biopharma and/or Payer expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define NBA strategy end-to-end and align with Data Science to build the decisioning capability.
• Translate business and customer goals into a roadmap for the model and product experience.
• Own the experimentation and measurement strategy for recommendations; design A/B tests and feedback loops.
• Partner with Data Engineering on data foundations—quality, access, and integration.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring fair, explainable, and compliant recommendations.
• Navigate a large matrixed organization; align stakeholders and drive execution.
• Influence cross-functional partners to gain buy-in on direction and priorities.
• Communicate roadmap priorities to leadership with transparency on progress and tradeoffs.
• Apply design thinking to solve complex problems and drive MVP delivery.
