Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization to get results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and issues.
• Familiarity with concepts related to assigned product and ability to explain these to others.
• Series 7, state securities agent registration (S63 or S66) and S65 or S66 IAR registration or ability to acquire.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years)

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for assigned product line, leading product advocacy to drive market share gains.
• Conduct research and analysis on marketplace, competitors, and advisor/client needs.
• Represent strategies to the sales organization with materials and messaging.
• Partner with Client Portfolio Managers and Investment Teams to present strategies to clients.
• Set performance expectations for products and assess results versus benchmarks.
• Evaluate and recommend product changes.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral and RFP content for strategies.
• Support new product development activities and Thought Leadership pieces.
