Job summary

Machina Labs in the United States is seeking a Product Manager to own the machine learning and physics simulation roadmap for Roboforming. You will define priorities, balance tradeoffs, and drive delivery from discovery through release with the ML/Physics Sim team.

You will conduct direct user research with process engineers, translate findings into concrete product requirements, and partner with the Product Lead to align ML priorities with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of product management experience in technical software environments
• Proven track record shipping complex solutions
• Ability to debate architecture choices and data requirements
• Deep curiosity about users and their needs
• Outstanding communicator capable of presenting to executives

Responsibilities

• Own the machine learning and simulation roadmap. Define priorities, make tradeoffs, and communicate direction to engineering and leadership.
• Run sprints for the ML/Physics Sim team and drive delivery from discovery through release
• Conduct direct user research with internal process engineers to understand needs and how ML can help workflows
• Write clear product requirements with enough depth for engineers to have substantive trades
• Become the internal expert on machine behavior and how to model robot processes
• Participate in company roadmap and strategy discussions, representing the software tools perspective
• Partner with the Product Lead to align the ML roadmap with broader company priorities
