Job summary

Worldpay in the United States is hiring a Senior Product Manager – Merchant Lifecycle to own critical customer experiences that onboard merchants and manage their sales from acceptance to payout on our payments platform.

You will define product strategy and roadmaps, improve onboarding, activation, engagement and retention, identify friction, establish success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design and operations to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience improving customer engagement and lifecycle outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success improving customer adoption, engagement, or retention.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
