Job summary

Air is seeking an experienced product manager to shape strategy and execute a roadmap for low-code/no-code builder experiences on the Air Enterprise Readiness platform. You will prioritize, rationalize, and integrate prototypes, while developing new platform capabilities for scalable customer value.

You will work with PMs and GTM teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities, delivering robust, configurable enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS/ERP platforms.
• Strong backend systems knowledge including auth, data schemas, and distributed systems.
• Expert in SQL; familiar with Python and GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform services.
• Familiar with microservices, caching, and permissions models.
• Knowledge of LLM-based systems and deterministic vs agentic workflows.
• Strong information architecture for configurable enterprise environments.
• Growth mindset; startup or growth-stage experience to build processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the builder roadmap balancing technical debt and UI improvements.
• Act as Internal PM for customer teams to provide platform tools for faster buildouts.
• Interview power users to capture friction and translate into requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data science to scope investments and timelines.
• Facilitate market introduction of new features while balancing risk and cost.
• Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features across customer accounts.
