Job summary

Manheim is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization in the Atlanta area. You will own problem spaces from labor visibility to vehicle move planning and shape a 6–9 month roadmap.

You will lead discovery with field users, translate findings into actionable specs, and partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype and validate solutions. Opportunity to mentor PMs and influence a release-train roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of PM experience; or master's with 4+ years; or PhD with 1 year.
18 years of experience in a related field with no degree is also acceptable.
Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.

Responsibilities

Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and help define a 6- to 9-month roadmap.
Lead discovery end-to-end with field users to validate problems and inform strategy.
Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity for the team.
Define and monitor KPIs using data, field research, and analytics.
Partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype, test, and validate solutions; mentor other PMs.
Represent the product area in PI planning and release-train events; communicate risks and tradeoffs to leadership.
