Shape the data platform behind enterprise-scale network security. Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Strata Logging Service and the data platform capabilities supporting Strata Cloud Manager. The scope spans high-volume log and telemetry ingestion, real-time streaming and processing, data lake storage, retention, and forwarding—foundational capabilities that support security visibility, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled automation. Working at the intersection of customer needs and platform architecture, this product manager partners closely with engineering to define requirements and evaluate tradeoffs across throughput, latency, data freshness, reliability, and cloud infrastructure economics. Ownership includes a three-to-five-year platform vision, a phased execution roadmap, and measurable customer and business outcomes. Success requires demonstrated technical product management experience with logging, observability, streaming data, or comparable distributed data platforms, combined with enterprise customer judgment and the ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. This position is based at Palo Alto Networks headquarters in Santa Clara, California, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite per week.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here. $153,000.00 - $247,500.00/yr
