Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Brand Expedia (BEX) to own a meaningful slice of the lodging customer experience—from discovery to booking and post-booking. You will shape product strategy and work with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted, end-to-end experiences for families and other high-value travelers.

In a matrixed organization, you will define traveler problems, run rigorous experiments, and translate insights into a bold roadmap.

Qualifications

• Own consumer-facing product areas across full lifecycle with measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer intuition to translate insights into product decisions.
• Proven experimentation mindset with data-informed decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration across platform, design, analytics and engineering.
• Strong written communicator for PRDs and exec narratives.

Responsibilities

• Shape how millions of travelers experience finding and booking a stay across Expedia's brands.
• Develop empathy for traveler segments and translate insights into a roadmap.
• Partner with Experience Design to craft end-to-end experiences across surfaces.
• Drive a rigorous experimentation program with clear success metrics.
• Operate effectively in a platform-dependent org and manage dependencies.
• Apply AI/ML thinking to improve discovery and personalization where appropriate.
