Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and lifecycle management
• Experience managing regulated, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, filtration, or industrial products
• Demonstrated ability to build product roadmaps, develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and make data-informed tradeoff decisions
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, commercial, operations, quality, regulatory, and executive stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong understanding of customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, segmentation, pricing, launch planning, and product performance measurement

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned life sciences product lines
• Lead market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
• Translate requirements into clear product requirements, value propositions, launch plans, and success metrics
• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, value, risk, feasibility, and resources
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and lifecycle optimization
• Partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer support for delivery and adoption
• Develop business cases, pricing inputs, forecasts, launch readiness materials, and executive updates
• Monitor performance, customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, quality trends, and adoption metrics
