Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
The Lead & Service team is part of the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for lead & service clients. Our vision is to make our product the leading platform for lead & service marketers to acquire users and provide high quality services to users by building products that generate high quality leads and support unique vertical needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of global lead generation advertising clients' profiles, develop a profound understanding of the industry ecosystems and the pain points faced by clients in verticals like automotive, finance, and local services.
2. Build lead generation tools such as form and direct message, to collect high quality leads for clients.
3. Responsible for the process and functional design of CRM products, defining product roadmaps and writing product requirements documents, building solid data pipelines.
4. Work with global cross-functional teams, responsible for driving the successful implementation of project from 0 to 1.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of advertising product experience
- Be able to deeply understand clients' measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients' perspective.
- Analyze complex situations with clarity and structure, breaking down problems into actionable steps. Leverage data analytics and insights to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and key performance indicators. Proactively drive projects forward and deliver successful results.
- Work experience in performance advertising, lead generation industry, and local service advertising is prefered

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Cross-cultural working/studying experience is preferred. Both English and Mandarin skill sets will help you to evaluate case analysis and investigations.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
