Job summary

BIOVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the MARIE Laboratory Science competency on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will translate complex lab workflows into agent-executable tasks and define how MARIE interacts with LAB data models and on-premise systems.

You will partner with Scientific AI teams, ensure regulatory-compliant data handling, and drive autonomy roadmaps while presenting to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Equivalent depth via professional lab informatics experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in product management or a comparable enterprise software role.
• Hands-on knowledge of laboratory informatics systems as a PM or practitioner.
• Practical knowledge of AI/agentic systems: task planning, tool calling and multi-agent coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize laboratory use cases to automate, collaborating with scientists and QA stakeholders.
• Decompose workflows into agent-executable tasks with inputs, tools, and failure modes.
• Define MARIE’s interaction with the 3DEXPERIENCE data model and legacy systems scope.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks for agent quality and production readiness.
• Own the autonomy roadmap, balancing human-in-the-loop with supervised autonomy and auditability.
• Collaborate with Scientific AI teams and MARIE competency owners.
• Explore partnerships with lab automation providers to extend agentic workflows.
• Represent the product in customer engagements, webinars, and live demos.
