Job summary

Pulmuone is seeking a senior Brand/Product Marketing Leader to drive a strategic 3-year plan, profitability targets, and a robust product pipeline. You will guide NPD, pricing, and positioning while collaborating with SCM, Operations, and R&D to enable scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, strong P&L knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; Korean language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in brand or product innovation marketing (CPG) preferably in food.
• 8+ years of B2C or B2B experience with basic P&L knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic 3-year plan to support product/category growth and profitability targets.
• Manage products by monitoring sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
• Lead the development process of new products (NPD) and imports from HQ from concept to execution.
