Job summary

Atoms, building the Otter ecosystem, seeks a Product Manager to own the connectivity engine for third‑party integrations. You will define metrics, roadmap the self‑healing engine, and work with Engineering, Security, Design, and BD to ensure reliability at scale.

You’ll drive onboarding of new partner platforms and design integration contracts, auth flows, and health monitoring, enabling a robust partner surface across POS, delivery, payments, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management experience, with direct ownership of a technical platform, developer product, or integrations/connectivity system
• Technical fluency in integration architecture - OAuth/SSO, credential management, session and token lifecycle, webhook design, and bidirectional data sync etc
• A track record of owning system reliability at scale including defining SLOs, instrumenting health, and driving mean-time-to-recovery down through automated healing rather than manual ops
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, Design, and BD
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or a comparably complex vertical is a meaningful advantage

Responsibilities

• Define ecosystem metrics and build reporting to track health.
• Own connectivity engine roadmap behind a single interface for every third-party connection.
• Design systems that survive partner auth changes and failures with adaptive retry.
• Own the detect‑and‑recover loop for when connections break and enable auto‑recovery.
• Onboard new partner platforms and define integration contracts and patterns (OAuth/SSO, credential-based, webhook).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Design, BD, and GTM to balance coverage with reliability and compliance
