Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager II - Fraud & Identity to own strategy and prioritization of fraud and identity capabilities across the customer lifecycle. This role collaborates with engineering and operations to shape scoring logic, rules, and incident response in a remote-first environment.

The position emphasizes risk reduction while maintaining a smooth customer experience, with cross-functional teamwork and clear documentation driving timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management in fraud, risk, or identity.
• Proven track record owning fraud/identity product surface in fintech/payments/marketplace.
• Understanding of detection tradeoffs (precision vs recall, false positives cost).
• Experience in incident response management and operational orchestration.
• Ability to write decision documents leading to actionable outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI in fraud detection and prevention.
• Excellent written communication for remote-first culture.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager II - Fraud & Identity to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the strategy and prioritization of fraud and identity capabilities across the customer lifecycle, balancing risk reduction with a smooth customer experience. You will partner closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to shape scoring logic, rules, and response processes. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to drive action during incidents in a remote-first environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities
