Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business with about 10+ years in product management or related fields.
• Master’s in Business or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to influence and gain respect across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time/resource management.
• Deep knowledge of product strategy and customer empathy; dental industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; PM capability beyond single product.
• PM training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, development teams and stakeholders to understand customer problems and potential solutions.
• Drive data driven decisions to improve product line financial performance.
• Prioritize roadmap items and communicate rationale to teams.
• Own, organize, and update product feature backlog and establish priorities in planning.
• Build relationships with key business partners to gather feedback and align on value delivery.
• Engage with Product Line Management to ensure roadmap alignment and market success.
