Purposeplan4life is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the HR Tech SaaS platform. You will define the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the full development lifecycle to deliver innovative HR solutions.

You will own the roadmap, write detailed requirements, and guide teams from concept to launch while measuring success with KPIs and maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

• Product Development:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

• Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the user experience.
  • Drive adoption and usage of the product through effective marketing and customer success strategies.

• Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization.
