Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to join the Identity Journey Intelligence team within Customer Identity. You will partner with engineering, data analysts, and LOB teams to define strategy and drive execution for identity features and data products that enrich identity and device data enterprise-wide.

You will lead the feature catalog for risk and authentication decisioning, drive adoption across lines of business, and explore new use cases to reduce fraud while lowering customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, Information Systems) or related field, Business or Marketing.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Mansioni

• Lead the strategy and execution for Journey Intelligence data features & Customer Authentication Data Product.
• Partner with business analysts, data analysts and engineering to prioritize and scale the feature catalog powering risk and authentication decisioning.
• Drive adoption of identity data features and data products across LOBs.
• Identify and assess new use cases where journey-level data can reduce fraud and customer friction.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging approaches to identity data and journey-level decisioning.
