Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management in the Identity Journey Intelligence space. You will define strategy and drive execution for identity features and data products that reduce fraud while enhancing customer experiences.

The role partners with engineering, data and business teams to scale a broad feature catalog and to drive adoption of journey-level data across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or business/marketing, or equivalent PM experience.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Journey Intelligence data features and Customer Authentication Data Product.
• Partner with business analysts, data analysts and engineering to prioritize and scale the feature catalog.
• Drive adoption of identity data features and data products across LOBs.
• Identify and assess new use cases where journey-level data reduces fraud and friction.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging identity data and journey-level decisioning.
