Job summary
Cloudera is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cloudera Manager to own strategy and roadmap for a key lifecycle-management tool used by global enterprises. You will partner with Engineering, PMO, Product Marketing, and Field teams to deliver a market-leading hybrid-cloud experience.
You will guide product strategy to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities with simplified UX, scaling operations for large clusters and ensuring API stability for smooth upgrades across on-prem and cloud
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise software with at least 2 years in product management.
- Experience with on-premise virtualization, data centers, and Linux.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures.
- Ability to simplify complex data platforms for IT generalists.
Responsibilities
- Drive intelligent product experiences with guardrails and AI insights.
- Design workflows for IT generalists with minimal data expertise.
- Lead hybrid architecture modernization across clouds.
- Optimize core cluster lifecycle operations at scale.
- Define release lifecycle policies for API stability.
- Track KPIs to improve velocity and reduce support escalations.
