Job summary

Capital One in New York, NY seeks a Sr Manager, Product Management for HR Products & Data to own strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control (ABAC) across the HR data ecosystem. You will collaborate with People Data leadership to shape enterprise HR data governance and secure data access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, etc.) or Business/Marketing
• Alternative: Bachelor’s in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Preferred: experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of Fine-Grain Access Control (FGAC) for enterprise HR data
• Shape the enterprise HR data ecosystem strategy as part of People Data leadership
• Collaborate with ABAC and eData platforms to secure global HR data access and governance
