Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Management for HR Products & Data Product Management in McLean, VA. You will own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control (FGAC) across the enterprise HR data ecosystem, ensuring least privilege and global compliance.

You will collaborate with ABAC initiatives and data platform teams, shaping the HR data strategy and leadership with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Experience with data governance and enterprise data ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, discovery, and implementation of FGAC across the HR data ecosystem.
• Own enterprise HR data strategy within People Data leadership team.
