Job summary

This role focuses on data governance, least privilege access, and building foundational enterprise capabilities that protect sensitive international workforce data while supporting HR product growth.

About the Team

Are you ready to tackle one of our most critical global data challenges? We're looking for an innovative and driven individual contributor Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control (FGAC) solution across our enterprise HR data ecosystem. Additionally, you’ll be a key member of the People Data leadership team shaping the enterprise HR data ecosystem strategy.

The Challenge: Our international footprint demands that we enforce the principle of least privilege by controlling access to workforce data at the most granular level—by geography, sensitivity, and data domain.

The Opportunity: This is your chance to build a secure, compliant, and scalable solution from the ground up. You will define the future state of data access, driving the implementation of a consistent Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and partnering with eData platforms (OneStream, OneLake, Snowflake) teams to bring it to life. Your work will be central to protecting sensitive international workforce data, ensuring global compliance, and enabling the secure growth of our HR product suite. Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
