Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead the OverPass portfolio, spanning high-speed connectors, flyover cable assemblies, and emerging connectivity technologies. You will own profitability, roadmap, pricing, and design-win execution while working with engineering, operations, sales and customers to drive growth in AI, cloud and data center markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, or Program Management.
Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers globally.
Experience with interconnects, high-speed connectivity, AI infrastructure, networking, semiconductor ecosystems, or data center products preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities with field sales to win customers.
Engage with customers to understand roadmaps, requirements, and trends.
Build and own business cases for new products including pricing and CapEx.
Support opportunities with samples, RFQ responses, and executive discussions.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
