Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a Product Manager to grow the OverPass interconnect portfolio supporting AI, cloud, and networking. You will own profitability, roadmap, pricing, and design-win execution while partnering with engineering, operations, sales, and customers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering or business, 5+ years in product roles, willingness to travel globally, and a hands-on, cross-functional mindset to deliver industry-leading connectivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, or Program Management.
• Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers globally.
• Comfortable working across multiple levels of the organization and cross-functional groups.
• Experience with interconnects, high-speed connectivity, AI infrastructure, networking, or data center products preferred.
• Self-motivated with career growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities by developing account strategies with field sales.
• Engage with customers to understand roadmaps, requirements, and trends.
• Build and own business cases including pricing and CapEx; generate proposals.
• Support opportunities with samples, RFQ responses, and executive discussions.
• Visit customers to build rapport and technical leadership.
• Define product requirements based on customer needs and trends.
• Manage lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to drive development and ramp-up.
• Promote the portfolio to field teams highlighting benefits and targeting customers.
• Own revenue forecasting and pricing strategy for profitable growth.
• Represent Amphenol HSIO Overpass at trade shows and events.
• Monitor market conditions and advise on product-line positioning.
