Job summary

Nebius seeks a senior Product Manager to own the web access layer for AI agents and set a clear quality bar for search products. You will work with search engineers, researchers, and customer success to define coverage, freshness, and cost tradeoffs, shaping the future of our index and retrieval model.

You will influence roadmap decisions, work with cross‑functional teams, and ensure our products meet customer needs in a fast‑moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including high‑scale search or ranking systems.
• Background as an engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on production systems.
• Direct experience shipping a search or ranking change end to end.
• Strong data foundation for experiments and eval results.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the quality bar and release criteria for search and define what good means per use case.
• Own depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across search products.
• Shape direction of the index and its coverage, freshness, and quality bar.
• Develop a roadmap for index-based retrieval as agents become main consumers.
• Compare Nebius products to alternatives and close gaps that matter.
• Work with customer success to understand failures in real workflows.
• Partner with data and product owners on corpus needs and results shaping.
