Nebius is seeking a senior product manager to own the search infrastructure as a product. You will collaborate with engineering, research, evaluation, and customer success to define quality, latency, and cost targets for our AI-powered search; you will set the strategy for the index and guide the roadmap as agents become the primary consumer.

You will balance coverage, freshness, and cost, and advocate for decisions across cross-functional teams while shaping the future of Nebius search

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with high-scale search or ranking systems.
• Background as engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on production systems.
• Experience shipping a search or ranking change end-to-end.
• Strong data foundation: design experiments and read eval results.
• Product judgment to balance technical depth and business impact.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval in agentic workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and influence across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Set the quality bar and release criteria for search; collaborate with evaluation on what to measure.
• Own depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across search products; defend decisions.
• Shape the direction of the index: coverage, freshness, and quality bar.
• Develop a roadmap for search infrastructure as agents become the main consumer.
• Assess alternatives customers compare and close gaps that matter.
• Work with customer success and customers to align quality priorities.
• Partner with data and vertical product owners on corpus needs and results shaping.
