Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You’ll set vision, roadmaps, and requirements for APIs, data models, and lifecycle policies tied to payer workflows in a health plans setting.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to achieve measurable results while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Remote-friendly with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).
• A proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience ideally with provider, member, and claims data.

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define the API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Keep an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record; drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA compliance.
• Use AI and other emerging technologies to move faster while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
