Qualifications

• Masters in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars in close partnership with the Product Strategy team.
• Lead and influence stakeholders across functions to deliver high-impact initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management and supporting functions.
• Monitor and evaluate performance using data-driven frameworks.
• Take full ownership of product outcomes and major initiatives.
