• Own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars in close partnership with the Product Strategy team. Ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and accountable, measurable outcomes, driving execution through cross-functional teams.
• Lead and influence stakeholders across functions to deliver high-impact initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and optimize results.
• Act as a subject matter expert across the organization and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences and present product strategies to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Define and influence key performance metrics to track progress and success and monitor performance with data-driven frameworks.
