Smile Digital Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify market opportunities in healthcare and design innovative platform capabilities within a fast-moving team. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to translate market needs into scalable products and drive successful market adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Health Informatics, or a related role driving software product development.
• Deep Health Care industry knowledge with experience identifying market gaps and delivering complex software products or platforms in healthcare environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work collaboratively across teams to push a product from conception to market realization.
• Demonstrated consultative experience with executive-level clients, prospects, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambitious entrepreneur with a start-up mentality to identify unmet market opportunities and design strategic product capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define and share ownership of the overarching product strategy.
• Collaborate with Smile stakeholders—engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership—to design, develop, market, sell, and implement new products.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers to guide prioritization and translate business needs into actionable backlogs.
• Conduct deep competitive research and market analysis to benchmark differentiators for platform capabilities.
• Support cross-functional teams in developing product communications, sales strategies, training, and demos.
• Drive market awareness by presenting at industry events and conducting webinars.
