Job summary

firsthand seeks a Senior Product Manager/Director to own how data and software become useful for community teams, individuals, and health plan partners. You will treat the care model, data, and technology as interdependent products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, Community teams and Operations to build software that matches real-world workflows and helps shape the care model the platform supports.

Qualifications

• Experience with product management for software used by real teams daily.
• Ability to own product strategy through roadmap, delivery and iteration.
• Strong grounding in core product methods: design thinking, discovery, prioritization, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for software platforms and data products.
• Prioritize initiatives using evidence, sizing and strategic fit.
• Build business cases and report progress to senior leadership.
• Treat data as a product and build predictive decision-support tools.
• Translate research and goals into clear priorities, specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery and delivery with engineering and stakeholders from framing to launch.
